ABOUT ME

I feel I am ready to take the next step and I am determined to continue my education at a
higher level to achieve my goals of studying a course on Interior Design, which will help me
to further advance my artistic talents and creativity.
I have chosen the interior design course because the flexibility of the uses of interiors interests me.
The interior design course goes through every thing I am interested in and would love to learn more about .Eventually I would like a career which links with the world of interior design.
For the summer I have been given a voluntary job to work with an architect company from Rochdale the company works on old mills creating them into modern apartments. This will give me more experience for the course and more experience of working as part of a team.

BLUE EXPRESSION

Blue/black ink abstract life drawing.

Development

These 2 pages show development of a hexagon shape developing into design ideas of building. On the first page I show secondary images which inspired my ideas into creating my own. On the second page I have created 3D hexagons out of paper and 2 design ideas with primary images.

Design Idea

On the first page I have drawn a still life pencil shaded drawing of sea shells, later I then drew a design idea front and top view of the building with smooth curves which have been inspired by Zaha Hadid.
From that I have created a 3D piece made out of clay.
